Covid Update
Pavilion Reopen
From Monday 17th May our grounds and pavilion are open on a limited basis. Sport has resumed, strictly adhering to the requirements of the Cricket, Tennis, Archery and Rugby national governing bodies. For more details visits the websites of the various clubs found below.
The pavilion is now able to offer a limited bar service for consumption of alcohol on the grounds and for inside seating within the bar area. The rule of 6 will apply for both inside and outside service.
Visitors and members are requested to wait in the lobby and will be escorted to seating inside. Tables provided in front of the pavilion are on a first come first served basis.
Please remember this is a sports ground and the use of glass bottles and glasses not allowed outside. Hours of opening will vairy on the requirements of clubs and of course the weather. We do welcome any non members to use our pavilion and outside tables.
Bar Open Times
Unless weather is very poor our bar will be open at 9am on sat and sun. During the week from 3pm Monday, 10am Tuesday, 3pm Wednesday, 10am Thursday and midday on Friday. Please follow us on twitter for regular updates @olddeerpark

Dog Walking
We want to thank everyone who has been enjoying our grounds for daily exercise and your continued commitment to maintaining social distancing. We regret that our sports grounds are now closed to dogs regardless of them being on a leash. Old Deer Park is considered an enclosed sports grounds and is therefore covered by the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames protection order 2017 (Dog Control).
This order considers it an offense to allow a dog to defecate on the grounds where the owner does not immediately remove the feces. Old Deer Park will take action on owners with dogs on the grounds who are allowed to defecate.
Renting and Booking Rooms
We continue to take bookings for the Pagoda Room and for the Dragons, Lions, and John Dawes suites upstairs provided usage meets activities exempt from the National Restrictions.
Indoor functions are now permitted within government published guidelines. We are of course able to take reservations for larger events later in the year. Our booking calendar is fast filling so please contact us if you are planning on a family or other social gathering from the end of June.
